THE LOWDOWN: Forget the football, we've got what everybody really wants from Super Bowl XLVII – the commercials. Watch them right here, right now.

If you're like us, you love the NFL Super Bowl. Not so much for the football, which we can take or leave when the Saints aren't playing (who dat!), but for the spectacle that surrounds it – the half-time show, the cheerleaders, the singing, fireworks, celebrities and, of course, the commercials.

Every year companies splash millions of dollars to secure a coveted 30-second spot during the TV broadcast, which this year will be seen by an estimated 111 million American viewers.

At a rough cost of US$3.8 million per 30 seconds, the total advertising spend during the Super Bowl is expected to eclipse last year's record of US$262.5 million. With so much at stake, advertisers have taken to releasing their commercials early in order to get the word out.

So, while most of us will be at work when the broadcast kicks off at 10am AEDT Monday, that doesn't mean we can't already enjoy the best of the pre-released Super Bowl XLVII commercials.

Be sure to tune in on Monday for the rest, including spots by Bud Light, Carl's Jr, Mercedes-Benz and Best Buy.

Samsung – "El Plato Supreme" (starring Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd and Saul Goodman himself, Bob Odenkirk)

Volkswagen – "Get In. Get Happy."

Coca Cola – "Mirage"

Doritos – "Goat 4 Sale" (a finalist; subject to viewer poll)

Toyota – "Wish Granted" (starring Kaley Cuoco)

Pepsi Next – "Party"

Budweiser – "Brotherhood"

Axe Apollo – "Lifeguard"

Go Daddy – "Perfect Match" (starring Bar Refaeli)

Kia – "Space Babies"

Note: YouTube content is NOT unmetered and is potentially subject to download charges.
